Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days after you receive your item.
- Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Submit a request through our Contact Us page. If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions.
- Please do not send items back before your request has been approved.
Return Shipping
A flat $5.00 return-shipping fee applies to approved returns. This fee is deducted from the refund where applicable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request and complete a return. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
